📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of the study program curriculum, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry requirements.
• Lead and mentor faculty members, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and academic excellence.
• Collaborate with industry partners to ensure the study program remains relevant and competitive in the global market.
• Monitor and evaluate student learning outcomes, implementing strategies to improve academic performance and student success.
• Develop and implement instructional strategies that promote active learning, engagement, and critical thinking.
• Foster a culture of innovation and research within the study program, encouraging faculty and students to pursue cutting-edge projects and initiatives.
• Represent the study program at academic conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities.
• Oversee the administration of the study program, including budget management, resource allocation, and compliance with university policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's degree in the relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in academic leadership, preferably in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology.
• Proven track record of success in leading and mentoring faculty members.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
