📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client portfolios by executing trades and monitoring performance using Trimegah Trader and other industry-standard tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the research team to provide clients with market insights and investment recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide clients with the best possible advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and goals.
• Prepare and present regular portfolio reviews and performance reports to clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new products and services to meet client needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the securities industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as Trimegah Trader or similar systems.
• Certification in financial services or a related field is a plus.
