We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee the maintenance of our assets and manage our supplies in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your mission will be to keep our operations running smoothly by ensuring that all equipment is in top condition and that we have the right supplies when we need them.

As an Asset Maintenance and Supplies Management Officer at Iontech, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. You'll start your day by reviewing maintenance schedules and ensuring that all preventive maintenance is carried out on time. You'll also be responsible for managing our inventory of spare parts and other supplies, ensuring that we always have what we need to keep our operations running.

• Oversee the maintenance of all assets, including machinery, equipment, and facilities, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Manage and optimize the inventory of spare parts, tools, and other supplies using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance parts and other supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members on maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and report on maintenance costs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset maintenance and supplies management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of managing maintenance schedules and inventory systems.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
