🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software such as SAP or Oracle.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
