📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with clients in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to understand their needs and preferences.
• Deliver personalized solutions and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on client visits, including insights and recommendations.
• Use CRM systems and Google Maps to manage and optimize your visit schedule.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance client engagement.
• Represent Infomedia Nusantara with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Google Maps.
• Familiarity with the advertising and media industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation in Bali.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
