📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair coffee roasters, grinders, and brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the roasting team to optimize coffee production processes.
• Calibrate and test equipment to ensure accuracy and consistency in coffee roasting.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in coffee equipment.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new coffee equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for coffee equipment operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coffee equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proven technical skills in maintaining and repairing coffee roasters, grinders, and brewing machines.
• Familiarity with commercial coffee roasting equipment and industry-standard tools such as Probat, Loring, or other leading brands.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of coffee roasting processes and quality control standards.
• Certification in coffee equipment maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
