📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of heavy machinery fleet, including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Ensure all machinery is operated safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and extend machinery lifespan.
• Train and supervise operators to ensure they are proficient in the operation and maintenance of heavy machinery.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure machinery is utilized effectively in various construction projects.
• Monitor fuel consumption and machinery performance to optimize operational costs.
• Maintain accurate records of machinery usage, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy machinery operations and maintenance.
• Proven track record of successfully managing heavy machinery operations in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Certifications in heavy machinery operations and maintenance, such as CME (Certified Machinery Equipment) or similar.
• Knowledge of heavy machinery software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and experience with commercial vehicles.
