📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in the IT and logistics sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on our IT and logistics solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work well under pressure.
