Monitor and control the costs of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports, including cost forecasts, cost analyses, and cost control reports.,Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on cost management issues.,Ensure compliance with all relevant cost management regulations and standards.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any cost-related issues.,Prepare and review tender documents, including bills of quantities and tender schedules.,Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.,Provide regular updates to senior management on the cost status of projects.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on luxury construction projects.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards, particularly in Bali.,Strong knowledge of cost management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid Indonesian work permit and visa.🛠️ Keahlian
