📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing store strategies and plans.
  • Monitor store performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
  • Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of service and productivity.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of store policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual store reports.
  • Participate in store meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to travel as required.
