Agung Indra Sembako is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure competitive rates.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
