As an Operations Scheduler, you'll work closely with the mining team to plan and execute daily operations, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget. You'll use advanced scheduling software like SAP and Microsoft Project to create and manage schedules, and you'll collaborate with logistics teams to ensure that materials are transported efficiently and safely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed mining schedules using SAP and Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor and report on mining operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with the mining team to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution of extraction activities.
• Provide support to the operations manager in planning and executing major projects.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Maintain accurate records of all mining activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations scheduling.
• Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of mining safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with the mining industry in Bangka Belitung is a plus.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and ability to drive a company vehicle.
