📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise the operations team to ensure efficient and effective cargo services.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operations data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery of cargo services.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize costs.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the operations team.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and operations management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
