📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize livestream operations, including technical setup and content creation.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve viewer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and engaging livestream experiences.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our livestream operations.
• Assist in the development of new initiatives and projects to expand our reach and impact.
• Participate in the fast-track development program to gain the necessary skills and experience to become a future Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the livestreaming or digital media industry.
• Strong understanding of livestreaming platforms and technologies, such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or similar, is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
