📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.,Ensure the quality and consistency of our baked goods.,Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor repairs.,Monitor production schedules and meet daily targets.,Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow.,Maintain accurate records of production and equipment usage.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator in a bakery or similar industry.,Familiarity with bakery equipment and production processes.,Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
