📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management on operational efficiency and cost savings.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a strong background in inventory control and logistics.,Proven experience in managing and supervising warehouse staff.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
