📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Ensure the reliability and availability of IT systems by implementing and maintaining best practices.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and security.,Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.,Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.,Train and mentor junior system administrators to ensure continuous knowledge sharing and skill development.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a proven track record in managing IT infrastructure.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant IT certifications are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
