📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on financial processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Provide financial advice and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
