Quick Camp Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Palembang. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cashiering process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and online customers.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store's inventory.,Train and supervise junior sales assistants and cashiers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or cashiering roles.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Proficient in using Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
