📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the QA process, including test planning, execution, and reporting.,Lead a team of QA engineers and provide mentorship and guidance.,Develop and implement QA strategies and best practices.,Identify and resolve QA issues and defects.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software.,Stay updated with the latest QA trends and technologies.,Conduct regular QA audits and reviews.,Report QA metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA engineering.,Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.,Experience in leading and managing QA teams.,Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.,Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Test automation frameworks (e.g.SeleniumAppiumJUnit).Performance testing tools (e.g.JMeterLoadRunner).Bug tracking tools (e.g.JIRABugzilla).CI/CD pipelines (e.g.JenkinsGitLab CI).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.AWSAzure).Knowledge of database management systems (e.g.MySQLPostgreSQL).Experience in mobile and web application testing.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
