In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the safety and efficacy of our products, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and dispensing medications.,Ensure the safety and efficacy of all medications and products in the pharmacy.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.,Develop and implement training programs for pharmacy staff.,Monitor and report on pharmacy performance metrics.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.,Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.,Lead and mentor junior pharmacy staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian pharmacy laws and regulations.
