📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of fashion designers in creating innovative and sustainable fashion collections.
• Develop and execute design concepts that align with the brand's vision and values.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, fabric specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality production.
• Conduct trend research and stay updated with the latest fashion trends and sustainability practices.
• Present design concepts to the board and stakeholders, and provide detailed design specifications.
• Manage the design budget and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior designers within the team.
• Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion design, with a proven track record in leading design teams.
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of sustainable fashion practices and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Familiarity with fashion industry trends and market demands.
