📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they meet performance targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and work to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure the branch aligns with company goals and strategies.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and budgeting.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and experience in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
