📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online store to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers,Drive sales growth through various e-commerce strategies and tactics,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices,Ensure compliance with all e-commerce regulations and policies,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of orders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
