📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.,Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
