As a Data Analyst at Paragon Pratama Teknologi, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data strategies. You’ll leverage tools like SQL, Tableau, and Python to analyze data, identify trends, and provide data visualizations that communicate complex information clearly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Python.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements.
• Create and present data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis processes.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and improve business performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with data warehousing tools such as Google BigQuery or Amazon Redshift is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in data analysis (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
