📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract and recruit top talent across all levels of the organization.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using Greenhouse and Lever to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate onboarding and integrate new hires into the company culture.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to expand our candidate pool and build a strong employer brand.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all hiring activities.
• Provide regular reports on hiring metrics and trends to support data-driven decision making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on corporate hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software, including Greenhouse, Lever, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting is a plus.
