📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.,Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business agreements.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to expand the company's network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
