Village Web Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to make a difference in the retail industry. As an Assistant Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cash register system.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including counting and organizing cash, coins, and other payment methods,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and reporting any discrepancies to the store manager,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, customer service, and inventory management,Assist in training new employees on cash register operations and customer service skills,Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience for customers,Assist in closing the store by counting and reconciling cash, verifying inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a retail or cashier position is a plus,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently,Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask,Familiarity with basic computer and cash register systems,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
