As a Gold Recovery Specialist at PT Mineral Harvest Indonesia, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire gold recovery process, from ore extraction to final product. You'll work closely with engineers, geologists, and other specialists to ensure that our gold recovery operations are running smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the gold recovery process, ensuring maximum recovery rates and minimal environmental impact.
• Monitor and maintain gold processing equipment, including cyanidation plants, carbon-in-pulp (CIP) circuits, and Merrill-Crowe systems.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the engineering and geology teams to develop and implement new gold recovery technologies and methods.
• Provide technical support and training to the operations team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to assess the performance of gold recovery operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in gold recovery technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gold recovery operations, with a strong background in cyanidation, carbon-in-pulp (CIP), and Merrill-Crowe processes.
• Certification in gold recovery technology and equipment, such as the Certified Gold Recovery Professional (CGRP) or similar.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing gold recovery processes.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices related to gold recovery.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
